Children’s tech ideas for improved health awarded at Universeum
When eleven and twelve year old children are challenged to improve health through IT-solutions, there is no limit of the creativity.

Jury members were faced with a tough task when selecting the winners of DigIt – a competition for children in primary school run by Universeum.
The International English School Krokslätt, class 6B, received the winning cheque of 10 000 SEK for “Easy brushing”, an app that allows children to develop good habits in brushing their teeth. “A realistic solution aimed at the target group” was part of the jury’s motivation.
Sahlgrenska Science Park contributed with assignments and participated as jury member together with Chalmers, Ericsson, Swelife, Tripnet, Vitalis, Region Västra Götaland.
